General competences:
- take responsibility for completion of tasks in work or study;
- adapt own behaviour to circumstances in solving problems;
- be familiar with various methods of learning, use sources of information well, show functional literacy;
- understand assignments or identify the cores of problems, exert variable solutions, work both independently and within a team;
- communicate in one foreign language at the level of at least A2+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;

- assess the basic arts and technical documentation for individual production;
- design, construct and model products in terms of functionality and usability of the workpiece characteristics;
- use the basic design and modelling techniques for the implementation of new product designs;
- apply knowledge of design principles and current fashion trends in product design;
- produce leather products according to technological progress;
- have knowledge throughout the leather production;
- use appropriate materials and identify their properties and quality;
- select suitable technological process, suitable materials, equipment, tools, machinery and equipment;
- carry out a complete production and assembly of components according to technical and technological documentation;
- produce various kinds of products such as cut, trimmed, and founded the reverse;
- cut out, chopped and processed parts, splice product by hand or machine;
- process and make products with different designs by hand using new technologies;
- carry out repairs and renovation of products;
- use machines and equipment used in the manufacture of leather and perform routine maintenance;
- keep records of information regarding the process of the production;
- carry out calculations of the contract price and keep track of sales of products on the market;
- apply the aesthetic point of view of economy and efficiency in production, demonstrate manual dexterity and creativity;
- communicate with the customer.
