3. PROFILE OF SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

General competences:

communicate independently and fluently in mother tongue, give reason for his own attitude;
work in a team;
use basic mathematics when needed;
apply the fundamentals of health, occupational safety, and fire prevention and safety.

Vocational competences:

prepare basic meals;
uphold the principles of correct nutrition and hygienic food preparation;
have a grasp of the basics of setting a table;
maintain linen and clothing;
maintain household equipment and carry out minor repairs and adjustments;
make simple clothes and household accessories;
care for houseplants and growing flowers and vegetables.

4. RANGE OF OCCUPATIONS ACCESSIBLE TO THE HOLDER OF THE CERTIFICATE

The graduate can find specific work in the area of social and accommodation services and in communal catering facilities.
Examples of possible jobs: auxiliary helper when preparing meals, auxiliary helper in social, healthcare and accommodation facilities.
