	manufacture, complete, assemble and repair foundry pattern equipment and their parts from wood, metal and plastic, by hand and on a machine;carry out regular maintenance, adjust and set machines and equipment for the production of pattern equipment and its parts and check its technical condition;correct small defects on machines;operate pattern-making machines and equipment;apply the technology of making castings, principles of solidification of metals and their shrinkage;use programs for automatic design and pattern-making;read engineering and foundry sequence diagrams;self-assign the design of pattern-making equipment and technological sequences of their production;select and use machines, tools, instruments, gauges and other working tools and auxiliary materials necessary for the manufacture and repair of pattern equipment. |  |
