3. PROFILE OF SKILLS AND COMPETENCES |
General competences:
- take responsibility for completion of tasks in work or study;
- adapt own behaviour to circumstances in solving problems;
- be familiar with various methods of learning, use sources of information well, show functional literacy;
- understand assignments or identify the cores of problems, exert variable solutions, work both independently and within a team;
- communicate in one foreign language at the level of at least A2+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
- cope with changing socio-economic conditions, be financially literate;
- be aware of the labour market mechanisms, and of the employee-employer relationships, act on career decisions responsibly, understand the significance of lifelong learning;
- use basic mathematics and the basic principles of physics and chemistry when needed in daily situations;
- work with the means of information and communication technologies, exploit adequate sources of information, handle information effectively;

Vocational competences:
- assembly and repair products of precision mechanics, reviving them and make their adjustments and set-up;
- select the constituent assembly process units, select and use instruments, hand tools, measuring instruments and working equipment;
- measure the characteristics of the goods, perform their functional test, measure and control the size, shape and relative position of surfaces and surface quality components;
- modify by the mechanical tooling the shape and dimensions of the parts;
- finish parts of products after machine tooling, match them together and prepare them for assembly and join them together;
- measure and draw components, measure and control the size, shape and relative position of surfaces, surface quality components;
- differentiate products and components used for their identification of appropriate standards and correct terminology;
- adjust and operate machinery and equipment, treating them to perform their normal maintenance and repair;
- choose the method of diagnostics of technical condition and defects of products, using diagnostic instruments and devices;
- read assembly drawings, mounting drawings and diagrams of products, parts and systems.
