General competences:
- take responsibility for completion of tasks in work or study;
- adapt own behaviour to circumstances in solving problems;
- be familiar with various methods of learning, use sources of information well, show functional literacy;
- understand assignments or identify the cores of problems, exert variable solutions, work both independently and within a team;
- communicate in one foreign language at the level of at least A2+ of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
- cope with changing socio-economic conditions, be financially literate;
- be aware of the labour market mechanisms, and of the employee-employer relationships, act on career decisions responsibly, understand the significance of lifelong learning;

Vocational competences:
- choose the appropriate type of massage procedure and in accordance with the client's health, technological processes and health-hygiene regulations;
- select suitable massage preparations according to their properties and usage;
- use plant instrumentation and carry out routine maintenance of equipment and tools;
- consistently adhere to the regulations of health protection and occupational safety, health-hygiene prescriptions and principles of personal and work hygiene;
- arrange the purchase of products used in the provision of massage services;
- providing advisory services, promote new processes and products for massage services;
- conduct prescribed operational agenda and prepare business documents;
- solve an unusual problem situations in contact with clients, colleagues and business partners;
- act professionally and politely, comply with the principles of good manners .
